Exhibitor and Craft Vendors: Day-of Instructions

The following list sets outs the details for Exhibitor and Craft Vendors taking part in Good Neighbor Day 2024.

Vendor report time is from 6:00 am – 7:30 am. All vendors must be in Kerr Park no later than 7:30 am, due to access roads being closed at that time for the Run for Life event which begins at 8:00 am.
Exhibitor and Craft Vendors will be admitted into the vendor area via the Kerr Park entrance on Wallace Avenue. GPS: 126 Wallace Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. Vendors will not be able to enter via Pennsylvania Avenue as in past years. (See map below for driving access details.) Our volunteers will be in the parking lot conducting vendor check-ins.
Upon checking in, vendors will be permitted to drive into the vendor area to unload cars at your designated vendor space. Vendors may park one vehicle directly behind your booth space.
At vendor check-in, we will be verifying vendor payment, so if you have not paid your registration fee, please check your emails. An email advising of your vendor application approval and a link to make payment, would have come from our website administrator, liam@lbdesign.tv.
Good Neighbor Day is back at full-strength this year with the Run for Life, carnival, fireworks and much more. Exhibitor and Craft vendors may begin breaking down and leaving at around 4:00 pm, but must be out of the vendor area in Kerr Park by 7:00 pm due to the fireworks safety zone.
