Food Concessions Vendor Information

Food Vendor Instructions

  •  Vendor report time is from 6:00 am to 7:30 am. All vendors must be in the Park Lane Municipal Parking Lot no later than 7:30 am, due to access roads being closed at that time for the Run for Life event which begins at 8am. GPS: 1 Park Lane, Downingtown, PA  19335. Enter from Lancaster Avenue.
  • At the vendor check-in, we will be verifying vendor payment, so if you have not paid your registration fee, please check your emails. An email with a link to make payment would have followed your vendor application approval.
  • In addition, food vendors are required to have your Chester County Health Department approvals in place. For those selling food, vendors must have their temporary event license, and those selling pre-packaged baked goods must follow steps required by the Health Department. Questions, contact Jo Vanderloop at the Chester County Health Department mvanderloop@chesco.org or 610-344-6225.
  • Good Neighbor Day is back at full-strength again this year with the Run for Life, Carnival, Fireworks and much more. Food sales may continue throughout the day and into the evening and fireworks. If you plan to stay and serve food for the fireworks crowd,  expect long lines, with thousands of people arriving  to grab a spot in the Park to watch the show. Fireworks begin at dark, around 9:30 pm.
  • Vendor questions can be directed to GND committee volunteer Steve Plaugher at splaugher.gnd@gmail.com.
