Day-of Instructions
Food Concessions Vendors have been emailed instructions for the day-of Good Neighbor Day. The email was sent to the email address used to register as a vendor. Those instructions are also available on this website.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- No ice will be available. All food vendors requiring ice must make arrangements bring their own if needed.
- No access to electricity will be provided.
- Food concession vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food License from the Chester County Health Department (610-344-6225), prior to participating in Good Neighbor Day. License fees are additional and not included in your registration.
- Successful applicants should plan to arrive in time to unload and remove cars or trucks from the vendor concession area before 7:30 AM on July 4th.
- Vehicle access to this area will not be permitted from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. After 1:00 PM, you will have vehicular access to this area.
All concessionaires must provide their own tables or booths. All spaces will be assigned by the committee. Food concessionaires may only sell from their assigned space. Space size is 10β x 15β.
Except for event cancellation, NO REFUNDS will be considered. We assume no responsibility for accidental injury, damage or theft incurred during your participation in this event.
Registration Cost
The cost of registration as a Food Concessions Vendor is $125.00.
