Food Concessions Vendors: Day-of Instructions

The following list sets outs the details for Food Concessions Vendors taking part in Good Neighbor Day 2024.

Vendor report time is from 6:00 am – 7:30 am. All vendors must be in Kerr Park no later than 7:30 am, due to access roads being closed at that time for the Run for Life event which begins at 8:00 am.
Food Concessions Vendors will be admitted to the food vendor area via Park Lane. Enter from Lancaster Avenue. GPS: 1 Park Lane, Downingtown, PA 19335. (See map below for driving access details.) Our volunteers will be in the parking lot conducting vendor check-ins.
At vendor check-in, we will be verifying vendor payment, so if you have not paid your registration fee, please check your emails. An email advising of your vendor application approval and a link to make payment, would have come from our website administrator, liam@lbdesign.tv.
In addition, Food Concessions Vendors are required to have your Chester County Health Department approvals in place. For those selling food, vendors must have their temporary event license, and those selling pre-packaged baked goods must follow steps required by the Health Department. Good Neighbor Day is back at full-strength this year with the Run for Life, carnival, fireworks and much more. Vendor food sales may continue throughout the day and into the evening. It is recommended that food vendors depart by 9:00 pm at the latest to avoid expected fireworks traffic.
