The Downingtown Good Neighbor Day Committee seeks entrants for its annual Jack Woodward Memorial Award. The award is presented as part of the Borough’s Annual Independence Day celebration at Kerr Park, in memory of the late Jack Woodward, who was the Borough’s director of streets and parks.
