Food Concessions

You should plan to arrive in time to unload and remove your cars or trucks from the area before 7:30 a.m. on July 4th. Vehicle access to this area will not be permitted during the Run for Life Race – 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. After 1:00 pm, you will have vehicular access to this area.

NOTE: No ice will be available, food vendors requiring ice must make arrangements bring their own if needed.

All concessionaires must provide their own tables or booths. All spaces will be assigned by the committee. Food concessionaires may only sell from their assigned space. Except for event cancellation, NO REFUNDS will be considered.

Space size is 10’ x 15’.

Early registration – prior to June 1st is $125.00*.

After June 1st, the cost per space will be $175.00*.

* Please note – The registration fee does not include the $30.00 health permit fee. Please contact Chester County Board of Health. All permits must be obtained five (5) working days prior to July 4th.

Include your phone number on the registration form, so that you can be notified of your space location. If you have not been notified by June 30th, please contact Josh Bruton at goodneighborday@gmail.com.
