Please note that as of June 22, 2025, the application window for food concessions vendors is closed for Good Neighbor Day 2025. The application window for craft vendors will close on June 30, 2025.
Waiver of Liability*
In consideration of your accepting this registration, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors administrators, and representatives waive and release any and all rights, claims and obligations of any kind for any damages of any kind that I may have against Downingtown Good Neighbor Day, Inc. and any and all sponsors and volunteer organizers of this event, their successors, representatives and assigns, for any and all losses suffered while traveling to and from, and while in anyway involving this event. I also waive any rights of subrogation by any party. Lastly I will hold harmless Downingtown Good Neighbor Day, Inc.and volunteers harmless from any damages that I may have contributed to in any way.
All corporate participants must submit a certificate of insurance naming Downingtown Good Neighbor Day, Inc and the Borough of Downingtown as additional insured. This certificate must accompany this application.

Food concession vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food License from the Chester County Health Department, prior to participating in Good Neighbor Day. If you already have a temporary food license, please upload it with your application.
